A blend of three pinot noir brandies, most of it from the Todd Vineyard in Potter Valley, whose cooler climate yielded a brandy of superbly complex fruitiness. Cellared in Limousin oak and bottled unfiltered. Among the best ever distilled on the former Germain-Robin antique cognac still: subtle richness. Don’t miss this one. Only 200 bottled.
