A rich port from select Finger Lakes wine carefully fermented with orange peel, raisins, cinnamon, and cardamom, then fortified with fine brandy. Naturally rich and sweet: no sugar added.
After fermentation, and now fully infused with flavor, the wine is stabilized by briefly heating to 170º and adding an excellent brandy distilled in California’s Napa Valley.
