If you choose to place an order on-line the Caddell & Williams website collects personal information. You can choose to call us instead at 800-575-9997 and relay your personal information by phone only, or mail it to Caddell & Williams, PO Box 1059, Ukiah, CA 95482. In order to provide you with the goods and services you request, it is necessary to collect the following personal information: name, shipping and billing address, phone and email name. Supplying any credit card information in the shopping cart procedure is entirely voluntary and does not go through any internet channels for processing. The only information we collect about you is information you provide us in order to receive goods and services. We do not share this personal information with any third party. Changes to your personal information: You have the right to request changes to the personal information you have provided. We never sell, rent or release your personal information for any marketing purpose, however, once you have placed an order, we do send you (via US mail) our printed newsletter providing product information and updates.
