ANSLEY’S Alambic Brandy – Release No. 3 (2025)

In 2017, Joe Corley blended some of the brandies he distilled into a single batch for aging: pinot noir from Roederer, French colombard for Potter Valley, some rare chenin blanc from Fetzer, and two aromatic grapes: muscat and viognier. For the final blend, he added what was left in barrel of Ansley’s No.2. One of our finest. 198 bottles.
